The Rug House currently ships within Australia only. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within two business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be longer. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Provide a street address when placing your order. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us before dispatch at info@therughouse.com. If the order has not shipped, we will update it. Once an order is on its way, the address cannot be changed. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur extra delivery fees.

Standard delivery is to the ground floor, front door. Drivers do not enter the home. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during business hours. This service does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging.
